Re-Entry & Aftercare Services

DISC Village, Inc. is engaged in providing a comprehensive array of alcohol, drug, and mental health rehabilitative services to residents in the Northwest Florida-Leon, Gadsden, Wakulla, Liberty, Jefferson, Franklin, Taylor, and Madison Counties.

Through coordination with the State Attorney’s Office, Public Defender, and Leon County Jail, clients are referred to DISC Village for substance abuse and/or dual diagnosis disorders. DISC Village utilizes identification and engagement strategies for clients in need of assistance that are individualized through a thorough intake and assessment process.

Dependent upon the client needs, DISC Village will appropriately place or work with community service providers to assist in obtaining the effective assistance for a client.
