Jasmine Allen

JDAP Regional Program Director

After 20 years in a variety of social work settings, Jasmine Allen joined the JDAP team in February 2018. She was excited to have the opportunity to serve youth in a program that offers them a second chance; serving at-risk youth as a volunteer when she was a teen herself led her to pursue a degree in social work. Jasmine embraces the philosophy of leadership through service, that is, enriching every team member to build stronger teams, strengthening the team's ability to impact each youth they serve.

Jasmine earned a bachelor of social work, with a minor in psychology, from Florida State University. She's a past-president of the Bay County Domestic Violence Task Force and the Florida Jaycees, and a past-Vice President of the US Junior Chamber International. She has served for several years on the Executive Committee of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Bay County, and continues to serve other charitable organizations in a variety of capacities.
