Marlena Croll MSW, RCSWI, TTS

Residential Services Supervisor

Marlena Croll, MSW, RCSWI, TTS Graduated from Florida State University with a Master's Degree in Social Work.

Ms. Croll has been working with DISC Village since 2015, strengthening her background is in substance abuse, mental health, and working with individuals experiencing homelessness.  Ms. Croll serves as a Tobacco Treatment Specialist and is trained in Quit Smoking Now and Tools to Quit through the local Agency Health Education Center in Tallahassee.

Marlena guides her team of counselors and therapeutic assistants through crisis intervention practices and techniques while encouraging her team to utilize therapeutic practices that align clinical guidelines.
