Bounce Back is a school-based group intervention for elementary aged youth that have been exposed to stressful and traumatic events. This Evidence-Based Curriculum utilizes clinicians to teach students ways to cope with and recover from traumatic experiences, so they can get back to doing what they want and need to do.
- GROUP SESSIONS | Our staff meet with a small group (4 - 7 students) for an hour once a week for 10 weeks.
- PARENT SESSIONS | Our staff review the skills learned with parents to support continued practice at home. 1 - 3 sessions.
- INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS | Our staff helps each participant develop a "My Story" trauma narrative. 2 - 3 sessions.

Bounce Back is an elementary school adaptation of CBITS (Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Trauma in Schools) for middle and high schoolers. CBITS has an extensive evidence base.
