Residential Supervisor

The incumbent of this position will oversee the provision of clinical services and operations of a residential substance abuse treatment program and provide direct supervision to clinical staff at our female residential facility located in Woodville. The successful candidate will have a master's degree in a social or behavioral science or a related field and established experience working with substance abuse clients in a residential setting. Preference will be given to candidates who are licensed by the State of Florida as an LCSW or LMHC. State certification as a Certified Addiction Professional (CAP) is also desirable.

A full-time Substance Abuse Counselor is needed to conduct assessments, provide group and individual counseling and perform intervention services in an outpatient setting. This counselor will work with an adult population. The position requires the incumbent to possess a minimum of a master's degree in a social or behavioral science or a related field and be licensed by the State of Florida as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT or certified as a Master's Level Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP).

Selected Family Intervention (SFI) is seeking an energetic, dedicated individual to provide in-home intervention services to families throughout the community. Services include assessment, family counseling, individual counseling and case management for those involved in the child welfare system and has experienced or been affected by trauma. The SFI Program works collaboratively with Child Protective Investigators (CPI) and Dependency Case Managers (DCM) to engage caregivers and increase their ability to care for the family. The position requires a master's degree in a social or behavioral science and experience working with children and families.

Position requires a high school diploma or general equivalency and either a valid State of Florida Correctional Officer Certificate, per Chapter 943, Florida Statutes, prior experience as a Correctional Officer but no longer State certified, or at least one year of experience working on a State run detention or residential setting providing care, custody and control of youth.
