Residential Supervisor

The incumbent of this position will oversee the provision of clinical services and operations of a residential substance abuse treatment program and provide direct supervision to clinical staff at our female residential facility located in Woodville. The successful candidate will have a master's degree in a social or behavioral science or a related field and established experience working with substance abuse clients in a residential setting. Preference will be given to candidates who are licensed by the State of Florida as an LCSW or LMHC. State certification as a Certified Addiction Professional (CAP) is also desirable.

Salary: $48,000 - $54,000 per year

Adult Outpatient Counselor - Qualified Professional

A full-time Substance Abuse Counselor is needed to conduct assessments, provide group and individual counseling and perform intervention services in an outpatient setting. This counselor will work with an adult population. The position requires the incumbent to possess a minimum of a master's degree in a social or behavioral science or a related field and be licensed by the State of Florida as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT or certified as a Master's Level Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP).

Selected Family Intervention (SFI) is seeking an energetic, dedicated individual to provide in-home intervention services to families throughout the community. Services include assessment, family counseling, individual counseling for children and adults referred through the child welfare system. The SFI Program works with the individuals and families on challenges related to parenting, mental health and/or substance use to strengthen care-giving abilities and conflict resolution skills. The position requires a master's degree in a social or behavioral science and experience working with children and families. This position will primarily serve Gadsden and Liberty counties.

The Family Intensive Treatment (FIT) Counselor will provide in-home counseling to families in the child welfare system requiring substance abuse services. Leon County's Juvenile Assessment Center is seeking candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent and general office skills to assist in processing arrested youth. Knowledge of the Juvenile Justice booking system or experience working with correctional officers is desired. Shift work and weekend hours available. Currently seeking to fill an evening/overnight shift 3-11 pm and 11 pm-7 am Tuesday through Saturday.

Juvenile Assessment Center Screener

A screener is needed for Leon County's Juvenile Assessment Center. Duties include screening and evaluating youths subsequent to arrest to determine appropriate community services and proper placement during the juvenile justice process. This position requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably with major coursework in criminology or other social or behavioral sciences. Experience working with adolescents and/or knowledge of the juvenile justice system is preferred. Shift work is available. Currently filling the overnight shift Thursday through Wednesday 11 pm to 7 am.

Food Services Manager needed to plan and prepare meals for adult residents housed at a Woodville human services campus. Minimum of high school diploma and experience working in food services and nutrition. Must be familiar with all aspects of food preparation and sanitation standards. The candidate for this position will plan & implement community/school-based prevention counseling & social skills programs which include education, prevention & referral services to program participants and their families.

A Bachelor's degree is required, as well as an understanding of addictions/addiction behaviors and related counseling techniques/practices. CPP (Certified Prevention Professional) certification and one year of experience is preferred. If not certified, the candidate would be expected to work toward obtaining their CPP within one year of employment.
