Residential Supervisor

The incumbent of this position will oversee the provision of clinical services and operations of a residential substance abuse treatment program and provide direct supervision to clinical staff at our male residential facility located in Woodville. The successful candidate will have a master's degree in a social or behavioral science or a related field and established experience working with substance abuse clients in a residential setting. Preference will be given to candidates who are licensed by the State of Florida as an LCSW or LMHC. State certification as a Certified Addiction Professional (CAP) is also desirable.

Salary: $46,000 - $50,000 per year

Adult Outpatient Counselor - Licensed Professional

The Family Intensive Treatment (FIT) Counselor will provide in-home counseling to families in the child welfare system requiring substance abuse services. The incumbent must have knowledge of, and be able to apply, recovery-based principles and practices in service delivery that includes addressing and documenting the client's strengths, needs and abilities. A minimum of a Master's degree or Doctoral degree in behavioral or health science or related field such as mental health counseling, social work, art therapy, psychology, or marriage and family therapy; and a minimum of two years of experience counseling working with adults and/or families with substance use disorders is required. Prefer experience working with dual diagnosed clients or must be willing to develop co-occurring therapy skills.
