DISC Village’s Adult Services Outpatient program provides comprehensive screening, assessment, and counseling to adults, 18 years and older, with issues related to substance abuse and dependence, as well as those with co-occurring mental health issues. Based on the individual needs identified during the intake and assessment process, clients are given the opportunity to participate in the following levels of treatment:

Initial referrals to DISC Village may be in the form of a voluntary “self- referral” or a judicial condition for probation or parole. Admission to Adult Services programs is voluntary for those seeking treatment for substance abuse and other co-occurring behavioral health issues such as mental health. Common referral sources to DISC Village Adult Services include County Probation Offices in Circuits II and III, Florida Department of Corrections (DOC), United States Probation Office (USPO), Bureau of Prisons (BOP), Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF), DISC Village, Inc. Dependency Case Management, Children’s Home Society (CHS), Partnership for Strong Families, North Florida Safety Council (NFSC), and the Public Defender’s Office.
