DISC Adolescent

DISC Adolescent is a residential therapeutic community providing clinical treatment and relapse prevention services to adolescent males age 14 to 18 with a diagnosis of chemical dependency. The primary goals are to help consumers obtain the necessary tools to maintain a sober lifestyle and recovery after discharge and transition back into the community applying their sobriety skills for day-to-day living.

Based on individual needs, DISC Adolescent offers various services such as assessment, treatment planning, case management, individual counseling, group therapy, life skills classes, and discharge planning. All consumers are enrolled in classes with our on-site school, or participate in online college or vocational courses. Family participation is encouraged through weekly visitation sessions and family group counseling as necessary. Treatment generally entails a six to nine month residential stay and six months of continued aftercare.
