Civil Citation

Juvenile Civil Citation

Operating more than 20 years in the State of Florida, eligibility for the program is determined by local law enforcement based on requirements set by the local steering committee. Participants must be under 18 years of age. Successfully completion is determined on completed sanctions such as online behavior change interventions, community service, apology letters and drug screening.

Both programs are cooperative efforts between the Chief Judge, State Attorney and the Public Defender for the Second Judicial Circuit; as well as the Leon County Commission, Leon County Sheriff’s Office, the City of Tallahassee Commission and Tallahassee Police Department.
